About / The Cross Cultural Leadership Program (CCLP) is a cohort of nine CWU students dedicated to exploring the relationship between leadership and culture. The cohort traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana over spring break to immerse themselves in the culture and develop greater leadership skills.
