Experience Leadership Project

Each September, before fall quarter starts, we take off for a four-day retreat in the Cascade Mountains. Designed for incoming first-year students, and first-year transfer students, the Experience Leadership Project gives new students a chance to develop a support network with CWU students, faculty, and staff; enhance their leadership skills; and, increase awareness of the resources available at CWU.
